KJB provides freight brokerage, truck dispatching, transportation coordination, and logistics-support services. Services may vary depending on customer needs, carrier availability, operating authority, insurance requirements, equipment type, service area, and applicable agreements.

Submitting an inquiry, requesting a quote, or communicating with us does not create a binding service agreement. Services become binding only after all required documents are completed and accepted by the appropriate parties.

3. Freight Brokerage and Carrier Relationships

When acting as a freight broker, KJB arranges transportation through independent motor carriers. Unless expressly stated otherwise in a written agreement, KJB does not represent itself as the motor carrier transporting the shipment.

Motor carriers and owner-operators are independent businesses responsible for maintaining all required operating authority, licensing, insurance, equipment, safety compliance, and driver qualifications.

KJB does not guarantee the availability of a specific carrier, load, rate, lane, pickup time, delivery time, or revenue opportunity.

4. Dispatch Services

Dispatch services are provided according to the terms of a separate written dispatch agreement. Carriers retain responsibility for deciding whether to accept a load and for complying with all applicable safety, insurance, licensing, equipment, and hours-of-service requirements.

KJB does not control a carrier’s drivers, vehicles, safety practices, or daily operations. We will not knowingly require or encourage a driver to violate safety regulations or operate while ill, fatigued, or otherwise unable to drive safely.

5. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes, rates, estimated transit times, and service details are subject to availability and may change before a written agreement or rate confirmation is issued.

Additional charges may apply for detention, layover, truck ordered not used, lumper services, additional stops, storage, redelivery, route changes, special handling, or other accessorial services. Applicable charges must be documented and handled according to the relevant agreement.

6. No Guarantee of Results

Examples, projections, testimonials, or statements concerning freight opportunities, carrier revenue, cost savings, load availability, delivery performance, or business growth are not guarantees of future results. Actual results depend on market conditions, carrier capacity, customer demand, rates, expenses, equipment, operating authority, insurance, safety performance, and other factors beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KJB will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website, reliance on its content, third-party services, interrupted website access, or unauthorized access to information.

Nothing in this notice excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Shipment-related liability will be governed by the applicable contract, rate confirmation, bill of lading, insurance policy, and law.

The KJB name, logos, slogans, graphics, photographs, website design, written content, marketing materials, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to KJB unless otherwise stated.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, republished, sold, or used commercially without prior written permission. Third-party names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

This website may contain links to load boards, government resources, payment platforms, social media services, or other third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience. KJB does not control or endorse third-party content and is not responsible for its availability, accuracy, security, products, services, or privacy practices.

Misrepresent a company, carrier, broker, operating authority, insurance policy, or shipment
